Lamb Roll

A simple and tasty lamb rolls!






Serves: 2







Ingredients

  • 2 pieces fresh long bread roll
  • butter for spreading
  • 2 pieces 👉 Simple Grilled Forequarter Lamb Chop, removed bone and sliced
  • 2 cups salad leaf mix, tossed with Nuoc Chem or Vietnamese salad dressing
  • barbeque sauce
  • sriracha sauce






Method

  1. Slice the fresh bread rolls lengthwise half-way to open.
  2. Spread a butter in the fresh bread rolls. Then put on the oven grill until light brown or lightly toasted.
  3. Place a salad leaf mix tossed with Nuoc Chem or Vietnamese salad dressing on the bottom half of each bread. 
  4. Top each with sliced grilled lamb.
  5. Squeeze a barbecue or sriracha sauce.
  6. Close the sandwich.
  7. Serve!
