Lamb Roll
A simple and tasty lamb rolls!
Psalm 100
Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
Worship the Lord with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.
Know that the Lord is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;

Ingredients
- 2 pieces fresh long bread roll
- butter for spreading
- 2 pieces 👉 Simple Grilled Forequarter Lamb Chop, removed bone and sliced
- 2 cups salad leaf mix, tossed with Nuoc Chem or Vietnamese salad dressing
- barbeque sauce
- sriracha sauce
Method
- Slice the fresh bread rolls lengthwise half-way to open.
- Spread a butter in the fresh bread rolls. Then put on the oven grill until light brown or lightly toasted.
- Place a salad leaf mix tossed with Nuoc Chem or Vietnamese salad dressing on the bottom half of each bread.
- Top each with sliced grilled lamb.
- Squeeze a barbecue or sriracha sauce.
- Close the sandwich.
- Serve!
