Lobster Pasta

The Western Rock lobster ( Panulirus cygnus ) are sometimes called "crayfish" or "crays".  It h as a sweet rich seafood flavour,  translucent when raw and white with orange tinges when cooked.  A delicious lobster pasta for holiday or special occasion to share with the love ones. Serves: 2  Ingredients 200 grams fettuccine pasta 1 piece cooked Western rock lobster 2 tablespoons butter 2 large cloves garlic, chopped 1 piece Thai Chili, chopped 1 tin, 210 grams chopped tomato 1 cup lobster stock 1 tablespoon brown sugar ¼ cup moscato 100 grams grape tomato, sliced into half salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 1 teaspoon dried parsley fresh parsley, for garnish, chopped (optional) To Serve: crusty bread Method In a large pot, boil the water and cook the pasta according to packet directions.
