Simple Grilled Forequarter Lamb Chops
Simply grilled forequarter lamb chops to bring out its own natural flavour!
Serves: 2
Equipment: George Foreman Grilling Machine (GR30)
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Australian Forequarter Lamb Chop, 400 grams (approx.)
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
To Serve: Quick Gochujang Sauce 👈
Method
- Season the lamb forequarter with salt and pepper.
- Coat the meat with extra virgin olive oil in all sides.
- Grilled the seasoned forequarter lamb chops in the grilling machine for 20 minutes approximately, for well done or cook to your liking.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
