Quick Gochujang Sauce
Gochujang can be used in various dishes such as bibimbap, tteokbokki, in salads, stews, soups, marinated meat dishes, dipping sauce and stir fries.
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Ottogi Gochujang
- 1½ tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Method
- In a small bowl combine gochujang, rice vinegar, honey and sesame oil together and mix well until smooth.
- Pour in a sterilized air tight container.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Stir the sauce well with a spoon prior to use.
For with God nothing shall be impossible.
