Quick Gochujang Sauce

Gochujang can be used in various dishes such as bibimbap, tteokbokki, in salads, stews, soups, marinated meat dishes, dipping sauce and stir fries.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Ottogi Gochujang 
  • 1½ tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sesame oil





Method

  1. In a small bowl combine gochujang, rice vinegar, honey and sesame oil together and mix well until smooth.
  2. Pour in a sterilized air tight container.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  4. Stir the sauce well with a spoon prior to use.
