Furikake Salmon

Simply tasty piece of salmon with Japanese style furikake seasoning!

Furikake is a dry Japanese condiment that can be sprinkled on top of cooked rice, vegetables and fish, or used as ingredient in sushi rolls and onigiri.

Ingredients
  • 478 grams, 2 pieces salmon fillet, skin on
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Japanese style furikake seasoning






To Serve: 








Method
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). 
  2. In a small bowl combine together extra virgin olive oil and Furikake seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Place the salmon, skin side down on a lined baking tray and pour the Furikake seasoning mixture all over the fish.  Set aside.
  4. Place the salmon into oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or to your liking. 
  5. Serve warm!
