Furikake Salmon
Simply tasty piece of salmon with Japanese style furikake seasoning!
Furikake is a dry Japanese condiment that can be sprinkled on top of cooked rice, vegetables and fish, or used as ingredient in sushi rolls and onigiri.
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 478 grams, 2 pieces salmon fillet, skin on
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Japanese style furikake seasoning
To Serve:
- 👉Speedy Hokkien Noodles with Broccolini and Bok Choy Stir-Fry
- stir-fry vegetables
- steamed rice
- steamed, roast or boiled vegetables
- hot chips
- green salad
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced).
- In a small bowl combine together extra virgin olive oil and Furikake seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
- Place the salmon, skin side down on a lined baking tray and pour the Furikake seasoning mixture all over the fish. Set aside.
- Place the salmon into oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or to your liking.
- Serve warm!
