Hokkien Noodle Stir-Fry with Rump Steak
Speedy Hokkien noodle stir fry with beef rump steak, absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
- 450 grams fresh noodlles Hokkien, thin
- 370 grams Australian beef rump steak, sliced into strips
- 2 cups cabbage, sliced
- 1 cup capsicum, sliced into strips
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ cup salt reduced beef stock
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Method
- Slice the beef rump steak into strips.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare the Hokkien noodles according to package instructions.
- In the medium deep pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat, then sauté the garlic and onion until soft.
- Add the beef and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the capsicum and cabbage and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Pour the beef broth and soy sauce. Let it boil for a minute.
- Lastly, add the prepared noodles and mix gently until the sauce is reduced.
- Serve warm!
