Quick Beef Sizzle Steak Tapa
The beef tapa is so easy to make and flavourful! "Tapsilog" can be serve as all-day breakfast. It consists of Filipino beef tapa, garlic fried rice and sunny-side-up egg.

Ingredients
To Serve:
- 248 grams Australian beef sizzle steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon garlic. finely chopped
- 1.5 tablespoons Kikkoman Sushi & Sashimi Soy Sauce or regular soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice or calamansi juice
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil
- crispy garlic
- 👉 Garlic Fried Rice or steamed rice
- 👉Sunny Side Up Fried Egg
- atchara or pickled papaya strips
- fresh tomatoes, sliced
- fresh cucumber, sliced
- spiced vinegar for dipping sauce
Method
- Slice the sizzle beef steak into thin strips. Set aside.
- Place the beef into a bowl.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, sugar and lemon juice and mix well. Season with freshly ground pepper.
- Marinate beef for 10 to 20 minutes in the fridge.
- In a frying pan, heat the oil in a medium-high.
- Pan fry the marinated beef and cook until brown or the sugar caramelized slightly.
