Warm Creamy Potato Salad with Dill

Delicious warm creamy potato salad with simple dressing! 


 

Serves: 2


Ingredients
  • 4 pieces washed baby red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into half)
  • 2 tablespoons dill sauce (👈 click recipe)
  • water and salt for boiling potatoes


Method
  1. Place the potatoes in a small pan of salted water. Bring to the boil for 12 -15 minutes or until tender to the point of a knife. 
  2. Drain the potatoes. Then, tip into a small bowl. 
  3. Pour the dill sauce over boiled potatoes; toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve warm!
