Dill Sauce
This easy recipe was inspired by family during our holiday at Queensland! The dill sauce goes well with seafood and dressing for potato salad.
Yield: Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup good quality mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon iodised salt
Method
- Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and dill .
- Serve the sauce immediately or chill in the refrigerator with plastic wrap cover.
- Serve it as a salad dressing, condiments or a dipping sauce.
