Baked Whole Snapper (Australian) with Lemon and Dill
Baking is one of the healthy way to cook the Australian Snapper.
Serves : 2 to 3
Ingredients
- 1 to 1.2 kg Australian whole snapper, cleaned
- half bunch of fresh dill
- 1 whole lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven into 200 °C (fan forced).
- In the baking dish rub the whole snapper with extra virgin olive oil.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Put the dill and a couple of sliced lemon inside and on the the top of the fish.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil tightly.
- Bake the fish for 45 minutes or until cook.
- Serve immediately!
Note: Always buy your fish and seafood last before going home, use esky, cold bag or ask for free ice!
