Baked Whole Snapper (Australian) with Lemon and Dill

Baking is one of the healthy way to cook the Australian Snapper. 
 


Serves : 2 to 3


Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.2 kg Australian whole snapper, cleaned
  • half bunch of fresh dill
  • 1 whole lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Method

  1. Preheat the oven into 200 °C (fan forced).
  2. In the baking dish rub the whole snapper with extra virgin olive oil. 
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Put the dill and a couple of sliced lemon inside and on the the top of the fish. 
  5.  Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil tightly.
  6. Bake the fish for 45 minutes or until cook.
  7.  Serve immediately!

Note: Always buy your fish and seafood last before going home, use esky, cold bag or ask for free ice!
