- 513 grams lamb forequarter chop (2 pieces)
- 400 grams (1 can) Diced Italian Tomatoes (No Salt)
- Boquet garni (fresh thyme, fresh bay leaves and fresh parsley)
- 2 pieces precook medium sized carrot (sliced diagonally)
- 5 pieces precook baby potato (whole)
- 1 /2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 piece white onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 piece Massel Beef Stock Cube (crushed)
- 1 cup water
