Basic White Baby Potato Mash
A simple potato mash is so nice!
METHOD
2 Servings
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams, washed white baby potato, cut into 3cm pieces
- 45 ml hot milk
- 10 grams butter, melted
METHOD
- In a sauce pan cover the baby potatoes with cold water.
- Boil, uncover over medium heat until tender.
- Drain.
- Using stainless steel potato masher, push the potato.
- Used spoon to stir the hot milk and melted butter.
- Serve hot.
