Basic White Baby Potato Mash

A simple potato  mash  is so nice!

2 Servings 

  • 250 grams, washed white baby potato, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 45 ml hot milk
  • 10 grams butter, melted 

  1. In a sauce pan cover the baby potatoes with cold water.
  2. Boil, uncover over medium heat until tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Using stainless steel potato masher, push the potato.
  5. Used spoon to stir the hot milk and melted butter.
  6. Serve hot.
