Simple Pan Seared Lamb Cutlets
Ingredients
- 12 pieces lamb cutlets
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Italian mixed herbs
- 3 teaspoon salt or to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 C fan forced.
- Rub the lamb cutlets all over with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian herb mixture. Marinate the meat for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour in the fridge.
- Meanwhile, heat the frying pan in a medium high with a small amount of extra virgin olive oil. Pan sear the lamb cutlets for 1 to 2 minutes on each side approximately until all sides are brown or light brown.
- On the prepared tray, lay all the pan seared cutlets and put it in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes approximately for well done.
- Serve warm!
