Salmon Adobo
The fish adobo ("adobong isda") is a Filipino dish that is so easy to cook. My Nanay used to cooked adobong isda from the "catch of the day" of Tatay for our family in the Philippines. Now I'm cooking it for my husband and he likes it. A delicious and so flavourful salmon adobo. This one pan seafood recipe is a healthy meal. Salmon is a great source of protein and also a fatty fish that contain the most omega-3 fatty acids!

ReplyDeleteHi! Veronica, thank you 😀!
DeleteEspecially in winter, seafoods are consumed more than the other times. We mostly consume anchovy and horse mackarel but salmon sounds really delicious. I would like to try it.
