The white, soft and fluffy steamed bao buns are delicious, with duck filling. It's the easiest way to used leftover duck!

Duck bao buns - hoisin sauce |
Makes: 6
Ingredients
- 180 grams leftover baked duck👈 , sliced
- 1 tablespoon charsiu or hoisin sauce or to taste
- 2 tablespoons water
- 6 pieces bao buns, store bought
- spring onion, chopped
Method
- Steam the bao bun according to packaging instructions. (Note: spray the stainless steamer with cooking oil, to avoid sticking). Set aside and keep warm.
- In a small pan add sliced duck, hoisin or charsiu sauce and water over medium high heat. Mix gently until well combined and well heated. Set aside and keep warm.
- Add right amount of duck filling and spring onion in each bao bun.
- Serve warm!
