Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl

A poke bowl is a healthy and easy to prepare Hawaiian dish influenced by Japanese cuisine. Poke means "cut into pieces" and refers to the slices or cubes of raw fish, served with vegetables, dressing and seasonings served on a bed of rice.
