Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl
A poke bowl is a healthy and easy to prepare Hawaiian dish influenced by Japanese cuisine. Poke means "cut into pieces" and refers to the slices or cubes of raw fish, served with vegetables, dressing and seasonings served on a bed of rice.

- 100 grams sliced smoked salmon
- 1 cup steamed rice, warm
- ½ cup quick picled carrots👈
- ½ piece avocado, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Marion's Kitchen Japanese Style Ginger Sesame dressing, to taste
- 2 tablespoons pickled ginger
- 1 piece nori, cut into small squares
- Japanese style furikake seasoning
Method:
- Toss the spinach with Japanese style ginger and sesame dressing to taste. Set aside.
- Arrange the rice at the bottom of the bowl.
- Arrange all other ingredients like smoked salmon, spinach with dressing, avocado, pickled ginger and nori on top and serve with dressing if you like.
- Sprinkle a furikake seasoning on the top of the steamed rice.
