Pico De Gallo

Ingredients
- 2 medium size tomato, deseeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon jarred sliced jalapeño, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsely, chopped
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ⅛ teaspoon salt or to taste
- freshly ground pepper to taste
To Serve:
- tacos
- quesadillas
- burittos
- enchiladas
- quesadillas
- nachos
- on top of grilled beef, pork, chicken or fish
- plain tortilla chips
- In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeno pepper and chopped parsely. Mix well.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately!
