Spinach and Spring Onion Tuna Pasta


So simple and affordable one pot pesto pasta recipe!






Serves: 2









Ingredients 


  • 113.4 grams spaghetti n.5 
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Spinach and Spring Onion Pesto 👈
  • 1 to 2 tin tuna chunky in springwater, (95 grams each), drained
  • pasta water if needed








Method


  1. In a medium pot cook the spaghetti pasta according to package instructions. Reserve a pasta water if needed. Let it drain.
  2. Return the same pot with drained cooked pasta immediately in the stove. Add the sour cream and coat well for a minute. Turn off the heat. 
  3. Add tuna and pesto. Toss to coat.
  4. Serve warm
