Pork Roll
Simple pork roll to make at home!
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 4 to 6 slices of Roast Pork
- 2 fresh long bread roll
- butter
- mayonnaise
- 2 cups salad leaves
- ½ cup Pickled Carrots
- 2 pieces spring onion, sliced
- Maggi Seasoning (optional)
Method
- Slice the bread rolls lengthwise half-way to open and spread a butter and as generous amount of mayonnaise inside.
- Lay the sliced roast pork in each bread rolls, then top with salad leaves, pickled carrots and spring onion fillings.
- Close the sandwich and serve immediately!
- Season with Maggi Seasoning if you like!
