Pork Roll

Simple pork roll to make at home!




Serves: 2







Ingredients


  • 4 to 6 slices of  Roast Pork
  • 2 fresh long bread roll
  • butter 
  • mayonnaise
  • 2 cups salad leaves
  • ½ cup Pickled Carrots
  • 2 pieces spring onion, sliced 
  • Maggi Seasoning (optional)







Method


  1. Slice the bread rolls lengthwise half-way to open and spread a butter and as generous amount of mayonnaise inside. 
  2. Lay the sliced roast pork in each bread rolls, then top with salad leaves, pickled carrots and spring onion fillings.
  3. Close the sandwich and serve immediately!
  4. Season with Maggi Seasoning if you like!
