Quick Pork Giniling Pancit Palabok
Quick, easy and delicious pancit palabok! I just used the available ingredients we have at home!

Serves: 6
Ingredients
- 2 bundles Excellent Pancit Palabok, 200 grams
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoons garlic, chopped
- 1 piece medium onion, chopped
- 500 grams Australian Lean Pork Mince
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pack Mama Sita’s Palabok Mix (Oriental Gravy), 57 grams
- 4 hardboiled eggs, peeled and sliced
- 1 to 2 tablespoons crispy fried garlic
- 4 pieces spring onion, thinly sliced
To Serve:
- cooked prawns, shells removed
- cooked squid, sliced
- tinapa flakes
- pork crackling, crushed
- spring onion
- crispy fried garlic
- calamansi and lemon, sliced
Note: The toppings if available.
Method
- Cook the pancit palabok noodles as per package instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
- Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the garlic and onion until soft.
- Add the pork mince and stir. Season with salt and pepper. And cook until light brown. Set aside and keep warm.
- Cook the palabok sauce as per package instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
- In a serving platter put the rice noodles. Then pour the sauce, and top with sauteed pork minced and sliced boiled egg. Sprinkle a crispy fried garlic. Lastly, garnish with spring onion. It can be also divided into individual servings.
- Serve warm.
