Quick Pork Giniling Pancit Palabok


Quick, easy and delicious pancit palabok! I just used the available ingredients we have at home!

Ingredients








To Serve: 


  • cooked prawns, shells removed 
  • cooked squid, sliced 
  • tinapa flakes
  • pork crackling, crushed
  • spring onion
  • crispy fried garlic
  • calamansi and lemon, sliced


Note: The toppings if available.








Method


  1. Cook the pancit palabok noodles as per package instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the garlic and onion until soft. 
  3. Add the pork mince and stir. Season with salt and pepper.  And cook until light brown. Set aside and keep warm.
  4. Cook the palabok sauce as per package instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
  5. In a serving platter put the rice noodles. Then pour the sauce, and top with sauteed pork minced and sliced boiled egg. Sprinkle a crispy fried garlic. Lastly, garnish with spring onion.  It can be also divided into individual servings.
  6. Serve warm.
