Wild Orange Almond Milk Chocolate
A delicious almond milk chocolate with wild orange flavor!

Ingredients
- 180 grams Cadbury Baking Milk Chocolate
- 21 pieces raw almond
- 1 to 5 drops doTERRA Wild Orange Essential Oil
- water for steamer or double boiler
Equipments and Utensils
- pyrex glass
- stove
- small steamer or double boiler
- metal spoon
- Wiltshire Silicone Mini Muffin Pan 12 Cup (4.5 cm x 2 cm)
- chocolate storage container
- refrigerator
Method
- Chop the milk chocolates and place it in the heat proof or pyrex glass container. Set aside.
- Pour water in the steamer or double boiler and let it simmer.
- Place the pyrex glass container with chopped chocolates in the steamer or double boiler. Make sure the base of bowl doesn't touch water. Stir the chocolate occasionally with a metal spoon until completely melted.
- Remove from the heat and add doTERRA Wild Orange Essential Oil and mix well.
- Working fast, spoon melted chocolate into half of the mould and place 2 pieces almonds. Then pour again the melted chocolate and top with 1 piece almond. Repeat until finished.
- Stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. And refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or until firm.
