Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Grilled Sandwiches
A simply delicious and easy to make smoked salmon grilled sandwiches made by my loving husband!
Serves: 2
Equipment: George Foreman Grilling Machine (GR30)
Ingredients
- 4 pieces Tip Top White Sandwich Bread
- Mainland Butter Soft, for spreading
- 2 sliced Ocean Blue Smoked Salmon
- 2 portions x 18 grams Kiri Soft Cream Cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach
Method
Step 1. Lay out 4 slices of bread and evenly spread the butter in all.
Step 2. Spread cream cheese on 4 slices of bread.
Step 3. Put 1 sliced of smoked salmon each on two slices of bread.
Step 4. Lay a fresh spinach on the top of the smoked salmon.
Step 5. Put the slice of bread together. Then, spread butter on top and bottom of the sandwiches.
Step 6. Place the sandwiches in the griller machine.
Step 7. Grill sandwiches for approximately 7 minutes.
Step 8. Check the sandwiches. The color of bread should be golden with grill marks.
Step 9. Slice the sandwiches and serve hot!
