Ingredients
- 1 tinned (115 grams) King Oscar Skinless Atlantic Mackerel Fillet in Olive Oil, drained
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon horseradish cream
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon
- iodised salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
To Serve
- Spring onion, finely chopped
- toast, fresh crusty bread or crackers
Method
- Drain the tinned skinless mackerel fillet.
- In a small bowl, combine skinless mackerel fillet, sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish cream, onion, freshly squeezed lemon together.
- Mix until well combined to make textured dip.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
