Sweet Chili Garlic Prawn
King Prawn Green are rich in flavour. It's finger licking good when cooked with butter, garlic and sweet chili sauce. Easy to make seafood recipe.

Ingredients
- 500 grams King Prawn Green
- 5 cloves of garlic (big size), crushed using mortar and pestle
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of Fountain Sweet Chili Sauce
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
- Clean the prawns. Trim the antennae and legs in the head area and devein. Lastly, rinse well with clean cold water and drained.
- Season the cleaned prawns with salt.
- Add the oil and the crushed garlic into cold pan. Turn on the stove into medium heat. Saute the garlic until light brown, then add the butter.
- Add the prawns in the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Season with freshly ground pepper. Then, add the Fountain Sweet Chili Sauce and water. Coat the prawns with the sauce. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes or until cook.
- Serve immediately with steamed rice.
