Quick Tartare Sauce
Tartare sauce is most often served as a condiment with seafood.
Serves: 4 to 6
Ingredients
- 44 grams Cucumbers-dill or small gherkins, finely chopped
- 17 grams caper, finely chopped
- 100 grams good quality mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon parsely, finely chopped
Method
- Mix the capers and the gherkins with the mayonnaise in a small bowl. Add the parsely.
- Serve the sauce immediately or chill in the refrigerator with plastic wrap cover.
- Serve it as a condiment for fish and chips, fish burger, grilled fish and fried fish.
