Quick Tartare Sauce

Tartare sauce is most often served as a condiment with seafood.









Serves: 4 to 6


Ingredients 

  • 44 grams Cucumbers-dill or small gherkins, finely chopped
  • 17 grams caper, finely chopped
  • 100 grams good quality mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon parsely, finely chopped 


Method

  1. Mix the capers and the gherkins with the mayonnaise in a small bowl. Add the parsely. 
  2. Serve the sauce immediately or chill in the refrigerator with plastic wrap cover.
  3. Serve it as a condiment for fish and chips, fish burger, grilled fish and fried fish.
