FryAir - Crispy Roasted Half Chicken

Easy chicken dinner for two! My husband and I cooked a delicious and healthy crispy roasted half chicken using the sandwich rack accesory of FryAir. Amazing food made easy.



Serves: 

Ingredients
  • 900 grams to 1 kilogram half chicken
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of iodised salt


Cooking equipment: Classic FryAir


Method 
  1. Dry the skin of the chicken using paper towel.
  2. Mix together the olive oil and salt.
  3. Brush the oil and salt mixture all over the chicken.
  4.  Put the chicken in the sandwich rack accessory and attached inside the fryair.
  5.  Turn on the fryair and set the temperature at 230°C for 60 minutes.
  6. Remove the roasted chicken from the fryair.
  7. Serve hot
