FryAir - Crispy Roasted Half Chicken
Easy chicken dinner for two! My husband and I cooked a delicious and healthy crispy roasted half chicken using the sandwich rack accesory of FryAir. Amazing food made easy.

Ingredients
- 900 grams to 1 kilogram half chicken
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of iodised salt
Cooking equipment: Classic FryAir
Method
- Dry the skin of the chicken using paper towel.
- Mix together the olive oil and salt.
- Brush the oil and salt mixture all over the chicken.
- Put the chicken in the sandwich rack accessory and attached inside the fryair.
- Turn on the fryair and set the temperature at 230°C for 60 minutes.
- Remove the roasted chicken from the fryair.
- Serve hot.
