My husband and I tried for the first time the "Gozleme" a traditional Turkish savory flatbread and pastry dish filled with various topping. I chose beef, mushroom, mixed cheese and spinach. Lightly brushed with butter and egg, cooked on the griddle, sliced and served with lemon.
We shared lunch. It cost $9.00 plus $1 for extra topping. This is good for breakfast, brunch, snack, light lunch and dinner.
