Fresh Oyster with Balsamic Dressing

Fresh good quality oyster are full of good nutrients that our body needed. No cook seafood recipe.

INGREDIENTS 
  • a dozen of fresh good quality oysters
  • rock salt for the platter
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • half red onion chopped
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • sliced lemon
METHOD 

For the Platter:

Spread rock salt on a serving plate. Place oysters on top and push the shells deep into the salt to keep them steady when adding the dressing.

For the Dressing:

Put together the balsamic vinegar , chopped red onion, and salt and pepper to taste and mixed. Then drizzle over each fresh oyster. Serve immediately with lemon slice on the side.
