Cardamom Loaf!
The freshly baked cardamon loaf smell was really irresistible! Cardamom said to be the third most expensive spice. It has a strong, unique taste, with an intensely aromatic, resinous fragrance.
My recipe is originally came from the book "Australia The Beautiful Cookbook" written by Joy Hayes and Julie Gorrick. I baked it in a baking loaf pan.
