Yogurt - My Best Night Time Snack!

After a long day working hours at the commissary.   I felt that I must eat something healthy at night, before going to bed .

Choosing a low calorie night time snack like yogurt provides the healthiest option for unwanted weight gain. A solution for my bedtime cravings!




The heavenly mango fruit selection yogurt by Nestle is my favorite.  It will keep my tummy happy, because of at least 1.25 billion Live Microorganisms per cup :).
