Filipino Chicken Adobo Recipe




Ingredients:

4-5 lbs, chicken tigh
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves galic, crushed
1 tbsp. black peppercorn, crushed
3 bay leaf (optional)
1 chili (optional)

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and marinate fror 1-3 hours.

2. Bring to boil without stirring. Then lower the heat.

3. Uncover and simmer until sauce is reduced and thickened and chicken is tender.

4. Place the chicken in serving dish.  Served with plain rice and a fried vegetable or a green salad.
