Banana White Chia Pudding


Banana chia pudding is a healthy breakfast, dessert and snack!


Serves: 2


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup white chia seeds
  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of iodised salt
  • 1 piece medium ripe Cavendish banana, sliced


Method 
  1. Pour ingredients into a container and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.
  2. Cover the container and store in fridge overnight or for at least 5 hours.
  3. When ready to serve divide mixture among 2 serving dessert glasses or bowls, then top with sliced banana.
