Banana White Chia Pudding
Banana chia pudding is a healthy breakfast, dessert and snack!
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- ¼ cup white chia seeds
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 2 tablespoons honey, to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of iodised salt
- 1 piece medium ripe Cavendish banana, sliced
Method
- Pour ingredients into a container and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.
- Cover the container and store in fridge overnight or for at least 5 hours.
- When ready to serve divide mixture among 2 serving dessert glasses or bowls, then top with sliced banana.
