Jenolan Caves

Adventure in Jenolan Caves during my husband birthday. We stayed in Jenolan Cave Hotel for one night. Our dinner and breakfast in Chisolm's Restaurant is surprisingly good. 

Day 1: Baal Caves

Medallion steaks with chips and rocket salad 

Salmon in prawn bisque with Asian vegetables and steamed jasmine rice 

Day 2: Lucas Cave

Eggs Benedict in English muffin with ham and rocket on the side

French toast with bacon and maple syrup on the side

Blue Lake, Jenolan Cave

 

After the tour in Lucas Cave, we had a chips which is so good.
