Birthday Dinner at Vaby's Restaurant

My husband special birthday treat to me after work at Vaby's Restaurant located at Picton. A  menu of  a Modern-Australian cuisine!

Fettucine marinara with garlic prawn, baby octopus, NZ mussels,
 calamari and chili sauteed in a creamy Napolitiana sauce

Atlantic salmon fillet char-grilled and topped with dill sauce. 
Served with mashed potato and steamed vegetables

Blackcurrant and blueberry sponge (GF),
a mandarin and lime cremaux on a flourless almond sponge cake
with purple chocolate glaze served with cream

Snickers addiction, a combination of milk chocolate glazed mousse
 with almond sponge and peanut butter cream, topped with caramelized peanuts.
 Served with ice cream.
