This is a healthy option shake!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup fresh milk
- 2 ripe banana
- 2 teaspoon ground brazilian nuts
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup ice cube
METHOD
- In the blender, add all the ingredients.
- Process until smooth.
- Drink immediately.
